From my first enquiry call to the moment I decided to sign up, Mr. Leela Hari was extremely patient and took the time to answer all my questions across several phone calls. After arriving in Kathmandu, we encountered some hiccups due to external factors, and at one point, it seemed uncertain whether our Yatra would take place. However, KJ made all the necessary arrangements and ensured the Yatra happened, even though it started a few days later than planned.The KJ office team—Leela Hari, Sujan, and Kalyan—were friendly and approachable throughout. Our Sherpa, Maule Ji, and cook, Tenzing, were very supportive during the Tibet leg of our journey, taking great care of us and sharing valuable tips that helped manage altitude sickness and also to complete the Parikrama.While the accommodation and transportation arrangements in Tibet could have been better, the overall experience was satisfactory.
